This factor can be one of the most powerful sources of inner strength, inspiration, and motivation on the path to healing. Spiritual health is often extremely personal and can have different meaning to different people. But it is necessary to have the capacity to access ourselves from within, look into our soul which can help us become more spiritually competent. This tenet of Holistic Counseling helps lessen anxiety, reduce stress, and overcome episodes of depression with more positivity and clarity in your daily life.

SOCIAL WELLNESS
Social wellness incorporates inclusion and belonging in our social environments. This is worked on by being connected and in line with the society or world you live in. Social wellness can be linked to values, traditions, and lifestyle of any culture, gender, and race. This pillar helps to look at how the social aspect can help to support a greater overall well-being. Your family, friends, colleagues, community, the groups you are part of your culture, religion, place of education or place of work. This is why the feeling of belonging to certain groups can be very helpful in our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
